How to build a Now, Next, Later Roadmap without the chaos
If you’ve ever stepped into a product leadership role at a company where structured product thinking hasn’t existed before, you know exactly the story I’m about to tell you. No OKRs. No clear product objectives. And definitely no understanding on why any of that even mattered.
There was a clear understanding of the problems we were solving and a solid sense of desired outcomes — but no OKRs to measure whether we were actually moving in the right direction.
Without measurable objectives, the team lacked a way to track progress, making it difficult to scale decision-making for future initiatives. Here’s exactly how we did it.
